The Contract concerns the sale of the Products of the Take-Away menu of the Vineria Dwine, via the website https:\/\/dwineavellino.it, upon payment of the price indicated on the site by the Purchaser.<\/p>\n
2.1 Orders are drawn up on the appropriate electronic form available on the website at the end of the purchase procedure, filled in in every part by the Purchaser and completed the payment procedure. The user must necessarily provide personal data and other data, necessary for the correct management of the order. Any indication of incorrect data and\/or referring to other people will determine the impossibility or incorrect execution of the order and the consequent identification of the relative legal responsibilities.
2.2 The Purchaser may modify and correct any data entry errors before submitting the purchase order for the Products.
To this end, the site makes available to the Purchaser, during the phase preceding the forwarding of the purchase order (the “Checkout”), the following means to allow the identification\/correction of any input errors:
a) Total order summary with indication of:
product name
selected quantities
related prices
terms of payment
b) The Purchaser is also given the opportunity to:
completely remove an article change its quantities cancel or supplement the order.
2.3 The purchase order can be considered accepted – and the relative Contract concluded – only when the Purchaser receives, at the e-mail address indicated by the same, an e-mail accepting the purchase order, by which confirms that the order is “processing”. This email will contain the payment receipt and will contain a description of the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, and, in any case, all the information required by art. 13 del D.Lgs. n. 70\/2003 and 51 del D.Lgs. 206\/2005, where applicable.
2.4 Both the purchase order and the order acceptance email are considered received when the Dwine winery and\/or the Buyer have the possibility of accessing the relative electronic messages.
2.5 Following the execution of the order, the Dwine winery will contact the buyer to communicate\/agree the pick-up time of the products.
2.6 Following the execution of the order, the buyer undertakes to go to the Dwine winery to collect the products, at the time communicated after the order.
2.7 Alcohol sales:<\/strong> With reference to Italian citizens, orders on the site are reserved, for alcohol products, only for those who are 18 years of age or older<\/strong>. Buyers who are not Italian citizens may purchase alcohol products only if they are of age with respect to their national law. If there is no legislation in this regard, you must be at least 21 years old.<\/p>\n
3.1 The price of the Products, expressed in Euros and inclusive of VAT, is that published on the Product page. The prices displayed do not include delivery costs, because collection is the responsibility of the buyer at the restaurant.
3.2 During the Checkout, the final price for the purchase of the Product will be indicated.<\/p>\n
4.1 The Purchaser undertakes to pay the Price in full in the following ways:
\u2013 payment by credit card (using the PAYPAL service)
The user can pay by accessing his paypal profile (if registered) or by inserting a credit card.
\u2013 payment at the winery
The buyer physically present in the restaurant, using the special PC for the customer, can choose to pay at the cash desk in cash or by credit\/debit card<\/p>\n
5.1 Following the confirmation of the order, the buyer may cancel or modify the order by immediately contacting the winery by telephone on +39 388 899 2450, or by physically going to the winery during opening hours.
5.2 The order cannot be canceled if a collection time has already been confirmed and agreed.
5.3 The Dwine winery, following a correct request for cancellation or modification of the order, will refund the amount paid by transfer to the credit card.
5.4 An order cannot be canceled after payment at the cash desk.
5.5 No amount paid via the website can be refunded via cashier at the Restaurant.<\/p>\n
